Monday: 9.00-10.00
Tuesday: 18.00-19.00
Wednesday: 9.00-10.00
Thursday morning: 10.30-12.00 (meditation and yoga)
Thursday evening: 19.00-20.15 (stretching and yoga nidra)
Friday: 9.00-10.00
Saturday: 10.30-11.30

All classes are taught online, via zoom, in the comfort of your home

With the pandemic, we all miss the social and live contact between each other. But, there are also some good sides, attending an online class:

more time

You don’t need to go out on your bike under a pouring rain, or hard wind, or find a parking place if you use your car. You are ready in 5 minutes for the morning class (litterally jump out of your bed, out of your pajama, directly into your yoga pants and ready!… just kidding? Not sure 😉 )

more space

You can breath strongly, sigh, scream or swear, sweat like crazy, take all the space you need, without irritating others.
Still getting personal attention and care…
I teach in small groups, and have an eye on each of you, even online!


You can easily switch from one class to another. As it is online, there is always space for you. 


You are at home. You can lye down in your sofa under a blanket and with a pillow, for an awesome final relaxation.
You can also use your bed and earphones, for an unforgettable yoga nidra session.
And right after a sweaty class, you can run directly under your shower.
