Summer retreat… the program

Our summer retreat takes place from friday 5th of september until saturday 13th of september 2014.

At this period, the tourist season is over, the island finds its inner peace again. Beaches are empty, houses are available, the whole island is ours!

If you join us, you can expect to get this:

On the first day after your arrival (Saturday), you can rest, really “land” on this very special place. We organize a nice walk around the island, but of course, you are free to do whatever you like.

Daily schedule

From Sunday until Friday, the retreat starts: you can choose between a range of lessons, during the whole day:

  • 8.30-9.30: Chikung
  • 11.00-12.00: SylFit-Fitness
  • 12.15-13.15: Chikung
  • 16.15-17.15: Chikung
  • 17.30-19.00: SylFit-Yoga

Each day, you can make your own program, according your desire and energy level. Every late morning (11.00) you can participate in a one hour fitness session. The lesson will be focused on strengthening and balance exercises. With a bit stretching at the end. The evening yoga class lasts 1,5 hour. It gives us more time for combinations (power, suppleness, balance), holding poses longer (calming, centering, stretching), pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation.

The purpose of this program: giving you some tools, so you are able to build up a little routine and integrate it in your daily life.

The combination of daily exercises, pure air (no cars on the island!), quietness, open air activities, contact with others, gives you inner strength and makes this week unique.
